Supreme Court decisions are fast becoming the Democratic National Committee´s BFF because for a second day the Democrats have drafted off a court decision with a fundraising pitch. This time Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz is cheering the end of the Defense of Marriage Act in her fundraising memo feature a picture of a beaming President Obama. On Tuesday, the Democrats blasted the court´s decision to gut the Voting Rights Act. In her note, Wasserman Schultz said that the party has "no gay agenda." I’m thinking there’s a lot of anger over this ruling for Wasserman-Shultz to say this. She must have forgot that it’s in their 2012 party platform. That wouldn’t surprise me.

Shultz is correct. The only Democratic agenda is to win votes by promising special interest groups federal spending programs and civil rights based on constitutionally nonexistent federal government powers. And once elected, make laws to lay constitutionally indefensible federal taxes to fill their pockets and also laws to legalize sin as payback to special-interest voters.
