Yeah, I have yet to fathom why liberal humanists believe, on the one hand, that they are the most enlightened humans ever to exist and can redefine things at a whim based on their superior intellect and enlightenment,

but no one in the future will be more enlightened and possibly re-define things further, once the moorings are cut loose.

I can understand why the Natureists ignore the religious implications but not the fact that it defies nature, too.

The act is designed to produce children. There is absolutely no way an child can be produced “that way.” There are also health and saftey issues that people tend to ingore because of their political motivations.
