I would think her inability to read her “own” writing because she “can’t read cursive” would disqualify everything she says.
Not when people see trials as a way to achieve “social justice” instead of ascertaining guilt or innocence.
Guess we all know she marked as a liar... why do they keep asking her questions?
Witness claims her friend wrote the letter based on what she told her.
Well, she didn’t exactly “write” it. She testified that a friend wrote out the letter and as it turns out it was in cursive. How she happened to know someone who could actually write in cursive has not been established, but nonetheless she could not read what the friend wrote and yet she signed it as testifying that it was what she said. She is a VERY unreliable “witness” for sure.
