Seems to me like Rush is whistling past the graveyard in trying to convince us that yesterdays SCOTUS ruling doesn’t have as much impact as the gays are claiming. The problem is - perception becomes reality. We know our nation is dominated by low-information voters, who really thinks they are listening to Rush or otherwise will educate themselves about these legal subtleties? Rush is beating the “nothing changed” drum. You could say the same thing the day Rosa Parks refused to go to the back of the bus...

The court didn’t decide that abortion was legal in Roe, instead they decided that absolute privacy between a patient and doctor was a “right” that can not be infringed.

With the Obamacare mandate that our medical records be stored in a federal database, the liberals just legislated away Roe. However, don’t expect them to understand that tho.
