On the third day of testimony in the George Zimmerman murder trial, the prosecution called what could be the most pivotal witness of all: Rachel Jeantel, the friend who was on the phone with 17 year-old Trayvon Martin until moments before Zimmerman shot and killed him. In the early part of her testimony, Jeantel described her conversation with Trayvon, in which he notices a man looking at him, a man Jeantel says Martin described as a “creepy, white, kill-my-neighbors cracker,” and a “creepy-ass cracker,” to which she joked that he “might be a rapist.”
The credibility of Jeantel’s testimony is crucial, because it establishes George Zimmerman as the aggressor, and contradicts the defense’s contention that Mr. Zimmerman did not pursue Trayvon Martin after the police dispatcher instructed him that they didn’t need him to do that. The phone call also represents a two-minute overlap between the time Zimmerman hung up woth the dispatcher, and when he made contact with Trayvon Martin.
The prosecution asked Rachel Jeantel what Trayvon Martin was complaining to her about on the phone, as he walked home.
“That a man just kept watching him,” she replied.
After the judge overruled a defense objection, the prosecutor continued, “Did you say anything back to him or did he say anything back to you?”
“Yes,” Jeantel replied. “I asked him how the man looked like. He just told me the man — the man looked creepy.”(continued)

Not saying she did “well.” Saying West appeared too meek and she came across as dominant. Thats what I saw.

I know that. Obviously we are the ones lamenting over today’s decision, while the sheeple celebrate. However I’m shocked that any freeper would suggest that disaster of a witness was schooling the defense.
what trial were you watching?...no way they get a second degree murder conviction based on that she-thugs testimony. Prosecutors are very close to subourning perjury. A motion for dismissal is very possible.
think my favorite was when she testified that she heard the sound of “wet grass” during the phone call..astonishing.

I agree with your point of view about Zimmerman’s innocence, but the standard to convict is beyond a reasonable doubt, not beyond a shadow of a doubt.
C’mon, are you really that far behind here? The dispatch NEVER told him NOT to follow saint skittles - they told him ‘you don’t have to do that’, and it was already established in court that the dispatcher has NO authority to tell anyone to do or not do something!
Zimmerman is not expected to take the stand, just so you know.
She was horrible. They attempted to make her look good, but she is an angry girl, lot of lies in her testimony. She is back in court tomorrow at 9:00 Eastern and she was not happy about that, tune in for the fun. Live video feed, bring popcorn.
Martin was a loser. The last person he called a “cracker” was a “white Hispanic” guy.
I`m always amused by how trials are viewed through a political prism. The right thinks the defense is doing great and demolishing the prosecution witnesses. The left thinks the prosecution is doing a fantastic job and the witnesses are hitting nothing but home runs.
I just assume the juries are full of blithering idiots, so whether or not the prosecution or defense is doing well is moot...it’s all about the jury’s feeeelings.

It was hilarious, but even more fun was all the talking head lawyer types on FOX trying to put a good spin on it for the prosecution.
Even more sickening was Ryan's defense of Amnesty, they are going to do it right because it is the right thing to do, the fix as Rush said today, is in.
At least watching that rehabbed skank tomorrow will be entertaining.
