Today, June 26th, is DAY #13 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. An explosive second day of deconstructed witness testimony took place yesterday. Which leads to the big question:
Will witness #8, Rachel Jeantel, be called to the stand today?
[Yesterday could] only be characterized as an utter debacle for the prosecution in Florida v. Zimmerman. Besides the testimony of a couple of highly professional law enforcement witnesses, the testimony of the the other State witnesses ranged from signing George Zimmermans praises, to acknowledging the utility of following a suspicious person from a distance, to being utterly discredited by razor sharp cross-examination of the defense.
Before we even get to the disaster that was the States witnesses, however, we first have to discuss this mornings hearing and the extent to which it evanescent is the States case against George Zimmerman. State: Zimmerman Is So Good, He Must Be Bad ............

That may very well be true.
Is there a link to the letter?
There is no way she could qualify to attend Miami University even with the craziest Affirmative Action programs....
I really think that when West and o Mara saw what they had they dragged out the cross knowing full well it was going to go past the end of the day. Was it Delaronda who asked for the recess? I bet he cannot wait to chug down a few doubles after the last two days.
This case reminds me of my cousin vinny: Gambini is explaining how the prosecution builds a case using a deck of cards as examples. Paraphrasing: “he shows you the cards this way, they look solid but when you turn them sideways and examine them they are flimsey, a house of cards”... The prosecution scheme machine here went all gang busters and built a case which is a house of cards. One good blow and over they go. This case has had the equal of a hurricane blowing on the house of cards.
I sincerely doubt even one skittle has ever gotten past her. Not a one.
LOL!
Don West: Good afternoon, Rachel.
Translator: Thay, Blood, what it is?
etc
Yep, a house of cards and all of them race cards.

Someone with an advanced degree in Ebonics is hard to find these days.
West requested the recess till tomorrow when Rachel exclaims...”what!”......the judge asked how much longer does he need and West answers “2 hours”. Rachel had already said that she wasn’t coming back tomorrow. I think West was waiting for more of an outburst. LOL

1. The jury has all nite to think about this nonsense
2. The nitwitness has all nite to think which can make her more crazy
3. The nitwitness may not show up and be on a bus back to Miami
The prosecution's case just hit a huge iceberg.

I think Mrs Cleaver may have passed on. You might recall her guest appearance in the movie “Airplane”
8-)
Remember the scene in Airplane where the lady acted as a “Jive” translator?
May I join this ping list if you have one?

If West is smart, he’ll keep her on for 4 hours at least. The longer she’s on, the worse she gets (from the prosecutor’s & Crump’s perspective).
