To be honest, I doubt she even knows Obama is president. I have deposed a lot of stupid witnesses over the years. I have never met anyone as stupid as this in a courtroom or a deposition. She is not retarded, she is deliberately ignorant.
The funny thing is, that she is completely out of control at this point. I think the prosecution overplayed their hand bringing her in. Her testimony is not only worthless to the prosecution, but it is so distracting to their case that the jury will not remember the other witnesses who testified today.
The jurors are going to be sorely tempted to talk about what a terrible witness she was. They are probably chomping at the bit to get into the jury room where they can spend half a day joking about it.
