“In this video Gowdy is reacting naturally to a great injustice that he has personally witnessed. If he is passionate in his response, I see no reason to doubt the reality of it.”
Yes, yes he “felt” bad about it and made an emotional speech. Wow! Now could someone answer my original question about this guy? Or is all I’m talking to just a bunch of weepy women getting all emotional about talk that results in no action? Go ahead, show me his actions or go off in a corner and cry about trolls.
You keep bashing Sarah Palin and Gowdy . you are a democrat troll.period
You must have me confused with someone else. I never accused you of being a troll. I do think you’re making a false dichotomy between emotion and action. Passion drives action. Computers don’t fight for justice. People with strong beliefs and motivations do.
As for Gowdy, not sure why you’re getting all emotional about getting your answer from folks like me, when you could easily look up his history for yourself. The local papers have his bio, and he sure seems like a man of action to me. I’d give my eye teeth to do even half as much good as he has done, and him still a young man rising, and me in my declining years.
But I do appreciate your challenge. It made me dig deeper and now I have an even stronger belief that he’s every bit the good man he seems to be, and will follow up that goodness with meaningful action as the opportunity arises.
