Mother deported, family feels rights were violated

Jonathan Torres’s is only 17-years-old, he said he is living his worst nightmare.

After being pulled over by Santa Rosa police for a traffic violation his mother Dora was deported.

"I’m angry at the cop. There wasn’t no need for him to call the Border Patrol. He could’ve just given her a ticket for the violation that she did," Torres said.

Santa Rosa Police Investigator Douglas Montgomery said he had no choice but to alert Border Patrol, after responding to a call for help.

On Thursday, police were notified Dora hit her brakes as another vehicle drove behind her along FM 506.

"I activated my lights to conduct an investigative stop because the call originally said there was a 1-year-old in the vehicle that wasn't in a car seat," Montgomery said

Police approached Dora and asked for her driver’s license, insurance and registration.

According to Montgomery, Dora only handed him insurance and registration, but did not present a driver’s license.

"It’s expired, do you have any other documentation? Are you here legally?,” Montgomery asked.

Dora responded that she was in the U.S. illegally.

Well sorry son but, your mother broke all kinds of laws when she entered our country illegally and then proceeded to commit many, many unlawful acts.

She committed identity fraud, Social Security Fraud, drove a vehicle with no means to renumerate anyone she may have I injured should be the cause of the accident, she also put at risk others nor medical care as well, she had no pink slip to the car, she used our medical services and never intended to pay for them.

Maybe she took welfare and other assistance using her aforementioned fraudulent social Security.

She committed felony after felony and you should be grateful she isn’t brought up on charges and languishing in jail. b

I see that education he got at the expense of legal citizens who pay taxes is really paying off.

re: what, instantly deported? I call BS.

I totally agree. Our country has vast numbers of illegals going through the criminal justice system on a daily basis for every crime imaginable, not to mention driving violations. Legal status means very little. Even serious felons are rarely deported. This is only a story to stir up support for the immigration bill. Even if it is true that this woman is actually being deported, it is not because it is standard procedure. She is being used to further the Obama administration goals.

Obviously a product of the American educational system -- taxpayers paid millions for him to become "edjumakated" and well-versed in marxist (ill)logic.

“On Thursday, police were notified Dora hit her brakes as another vehicle drove behind her along FM 506.”

Looks like she was pulling an insurance scam as well. The illegals do this up here in Elizabeth NJ.

I noted that, too. A ‘swoop and dive’ designed to force a rear-ender and start a chain of lawsuits and craziness.

Seems like there was a series of prosecutions a few years ago which broke up a ring of lawyers and crooked doctors (Saying “crooked lawyer would be redundant...) who were gaming the system using illegals as bait in this manner. Illegals cause wreck, report to doctor, who diagnoses a host of horrible injuries, and get represented by a lawyer who orchestrated the entire thing. Insurance companies are then extorted to pay for the “injuries” and the lawyer and doctors make out like the bandits they are.

BS, too. I agree.

First off, the police officer had to have a reason to take her into custody.

Second, once in custody she has a choice: Self-deport right-away (with Border Patrol assistance), or fight and claim asylum or some such plea and she would be allowed to stay until she sees an immigration judge.

So how old is this dude? I have a title about a mother getting deported, then the very first sentence:

“Jonathan Torres’s is only 17-years-old, he said he is living his worst nightmare.”

So I can only assume this mom is 17, and she has a son old enough to give such a statement? How old was she when he was born? Course, the age of consent in Mexico is 12...

“Insurance companies are then extorted to pay for the “injuries” and the lawyer and doctors make out like the bandits they are.”

This is exactly why NJ has the highest car insurance in the nation - it became a welfare supplement, limited only by the number of staged accidents you could endure (without prosecution). They actually killed someone in one of them; they would use 2 cars (one ahead of you, the other coming up to pass that one). The car in front of you would be cut off by the chase car, and slam on its brakes; you would hit it, and feel they had been victims of a bad driver (not realizing they were in cahoots). In one of the staged accidents (for which the perps were convicted of manslaughter, the victim plowed into the car that had been cut off, killing people in the true victim’s car.
