i don't know anybody that loads .22 and that is what the article is about... it also says nothing about component shortages, only production capacity“i guess adding more machines is out of the question...”
If the brass, primers, powder aren’t there, no amount of machines can produce it. Shortages are across the board. You can’t load your own without supplies
