I agree with Kathy, this one (even though it’s Petula) just isn’t the same as Neil Sedak’s.
The lyrics of the two songs differ in many ways. For example, for October, Neil Sedaka plans to be “Romeo and Juliet on Halloween,” while Petula Clark sings, “together, we treat our colds.”
