When I was growing up in Orangeburg, S.C., the white power structure found a clever way to keep African Americans from having a say in municipal affairs: They engineered the citys boundaries, annexing white subdivisions but not black ones, so that whites would retain a majority and blacks would remain, essentially, unrepresentedIt's called Gerrymandering. And the left "power structure" does the same thing to conservative voters here in the Peoples' Republik of Kalifornistan.

He knows full well that it is Gerrymandering. He just didn’t want to cast his BS column under the tinge of dirty a$$ politics.....he and his brethren are about racism on this SC ruling thing, not politics - because they know they’d lose the Gerrymandering pissing contest in a heartbeat.

It's called Gerrymandering.And "Immigration Reform" is essentially gerrymandering on an international scale, defining all of Mexico as a series of Democrat precincts.
