When I was growing up in Orangeburg, S.C., the white power structure found a clever way to keep African Americans from having a say in municipal affairs: They engineered the city

They didn't need to, instead Liberal minorities took over large Cities like Detroit and showed us all how it is done.

Now not only the Conservative Whites and Minorities have fled Detroit. The liberals are fleeing as well.

But by golly they showed us all how its done!

The government does have control of demographics, mostly in the form of letting the border be porous.
