the mob.
This is the damage that the information age will do.
I went to college and got a degree so that I could write software so, in some very small way, I’m part of the information revolution that will make it possible for us to record every single little mistake anyone ever made in their life.
I regret my career choice for this reason. I want out of this business because it’s turning into something monstrous :(
Looks like the msm is the great determiner of who stays and who goes. Drop a dime on someone with a mere accusation and they are dust. No facts needed. On the contrary, could she not have used the administrations meme of “That happened a long time ago so what difference does it make now anyway?”. So far it’s workin’ for them.
Technology is like guns.....it’s what people do with it...can be used for good, or it can be used for evil.
The boss.
remember the old SNL skit with Garett (sp?) Morris trying out for the prison tallent show? It was the original cast.
Today that would be just a taranteno movie script.
Admittedly I have used the word.
Admittedly I still do for those who deserve it.
There are Black people, and there are -—That word./
They know who they are.
“Who decides which words, said in private decades ago, are firing offense?”
Apparently Jesse Hi-Jackson/FatBoy Al Sharpton.
Everyone else is, unquestioning, expected to fall in line.
We’re all told we are racists anyway. N word is used in everday speech in the black/rap community, so why shouldn’t everyone start using it? “It’s just a word”, like they say...
This is all such BS. Go into the inner city and one of the most used terms among black Americans in the N word, not to mention its common use in rap.
I’m thinking the advertisers told food network they would not appear on Paula Deens show and this was the final straw that lead to her firing. Deen would still be there after her apologies and mea culpas if not for the advertisers..... Who made her rich and have now unmade her
I wonder if Senator Robert Byrd was ever asked under oath if he ever said The “N” word???? Would he have been fired?????
Technology is like guns.....its what people do with it...can be used for good, or it can be used for evil.
All tools made by mankind that can be used for evil, will be used for evil at some point. The problem with information technology is that it is far more dangerous than simple firearms could ever hope to be.
Like I said, I want out of this business.

Well, I don’t know. I think this action had more to do with the malicious evil in someone’s HEART than anything else. They could have found this out without “technology” seemingly. This is just pure unforgiving tyrannical evil IMO ...
I did not and do not watch SNL..I do know the black so called comedians do make fun of whites and also call them names..and I do not think they are kidding..
nobody who was alive during the 60-70’s period can truthfully say they never used that word. it was a common as anything back then. some used it as an epithet, but most simply as a label.
are we gonna go and punish people retro-actively now?
and are we gonna seek out white people for punishment, since it seems to be OK for blacks to use the word? how about asians? hispanics? mixed race? who can use the word and who cannot?
if we’re gonna go on witch hunts, we’re gonna need a scorecard here
RE: Would he have been fired?????
How do you fire a senator? The only way he gets fired is to NOT vote for him. Well, the folks at West Virginia keep voting him in. So in a sense, He never gets fired.
