How do you fire a senator? The only way he gets fired is to NOT vote for him. Well, the folks at West Virginia keep voting him in. So in a sense, He never gets fired.
In order to remove someone from congress, you would have to rely on a process which is called impeachment or a “motion of no confidence”.
