I’ve already voted for Cruz once. Would vote for him Chicago style next time if I could.

If I am a business man and hire an illegal with no consequences for my action, I will hire him as he will probably work cheaper and I will not have to pay him or her benefits. If I hire him and incur a 1000 dollar fine I “might hire him.” If the fine doubles every time I hire an illegal I sure as hell will not hire them. When they have no jobs they will go home. Reality is ugly, that is the way it works. Business wants cheap labor and the Democrat party wants new Democrat voters.
This is my country, it does not belong to any other nation. I welcome those that will come to my country legally and assimilate into our great nation and culture. It will make us a better and stronger nation. I do not want those that will not assimilate and share our ideals of freedom and Republic.

I am a Texas Bollio (white boy) married to a Mexican from Mexico. She came to this country legally, her father paid out of state tuition for her to attend the University of Texas. She did it legally and the way all should. She is an American Citizen now.

Senator Ted Cruz on Hannity tonight said that this immigration bill follows the mistake of 1986 where there was amnesty that promised border security which never happened. This bill “has a thousand waivers written into it and hands it all over to Janet Napalitano and says, ‘use your discretion to decide what to waive.’ “This bill weakens—and I am talking about the admendment we voted on today—current law regarding a border fence, weakens current law regarding biometric security. What it says is you got to show a photo ID. Well Sean, if anyone has known a teenager, it aint hard to go to a flea market and get a fake ID. I suspect more than a few of us have some personal knowledge about how easy that is to do. Current law requires biometric. This law takes that out.”
