He must be up for re-election soonExactly what I was thinking. However, what he's saying does sound like the truth. If he's got kids and death threats, he'd be a fool not to concealed carry. The press would have a field day with a gun grabbing mayor having a concealed carry weapon, so he may as well just come out now and save himself the grief.

folks who have no right to carry a gun, concealed or otherwise. I know what this statist means by this, but I question the existance of such an animal.
