armed with a can of soda -- apparently a can of Pepsi works just as well as a can of Arizona Watermelon juice.

There goes the "unarmed" part of the narrative for Skittles the weekend before opening arguments.

Well, my cousin could weild a mean can of Coke in Louisiana. He would shake it up and throw it around and then open it. The geyser of Coke was a sight to behold.

Was the soda can a high capacity 16 ounce assault soda as banned in New York?

Nobody needs this much soda except the obese and this was a little guy.
