I’m “retired” not by choice; the EPA/DER/DEP/DNT/Dept Ag/ Dept Int/ ACoE and 0scumbag’s crappy economy put me, and many, many thousands of other Farmers and horticultural people, out of business with their iron-fisted, ridiculous rules and regs and permits and inspections and hearings etc etc etc. I’d rather be working and still own my $8.5mm Family Farm (closed 11/1/11). Frankly, “retirement” at 63, just plain sucks. But I also have an 89yr old Father (WWII D-Day & Battle of The Bulge Vet) and a retiring (RN, RPN) Sister moving back to live with him, to watch out for, now.

While I would love a fence, I would settle for a Congress that would listen to us when creating law, a President who would ENFORCE laws that are legislated, a Supreme Court which would focus more on the Constitutional/Unconstitutional basis of Congress-created legislation, and STATES who seemed to be a bit more engaged in said Federal legislation that affects us all!
