You can see someone on the fence? I must be going blind from working out in the sun all morning...
I would trust Pauly Walnuts in charge of the Justice Department more than I trust Eric Holder.
Bottom line there are probably two billion people who want to come here. We can't let them all migrate here legal or otherwise.
The policies we have now, and areinthemidst of changing, bottom line ignores the entire reason for immigration.
The reasons are to let people who are fleeing Communism, other political type prisoners etc. primarily Cubans, to come here basically no questions asked. Other than that we need to only let people immigrate and become citizens who can help the country and want to become citizens and adopt our way of life not cost the country money/benefits etc.
I would like King James a lot better had he not stabbed Cleveland in the back and stomped San Antones face.
Ahh, what could have been, but it is LeBrons life to live, not mine.
The guy is amazing.
Nope I did not see it.
It was a great series, lots of great actors. It was well cast, but as you say Tony was unreal he was so good.
The ‘Eight Gangsters’ want to keep repairing a water damaged ceiling instead of fixing the hole in the roof.
There is no reason that Mexico should not be as prosperous as the USA other than Mexican corruption.
We have corruption too, but we have better crumbs for the people.
I agree, made me look forward to Sunday nights.
I agree as well. We used to turn HBO on and off with our cable company, solely to watch The Sopranos each season. One of the greatest TV dramas ever, IMO.
My husband, sister and I met the actors who played Paulie Walnuts (Tony Sirico) and Bobby "Bacala" Baccalieri (Steve Schirripa) in May 2011 at Gasbarro's Fine Wines and Spirits on the Massachusetts/Rhode Island border - big Italian area. The two Sopranos actors were there to promote the new "Sopranos" line of wines. It was a "bottle-signing" event, much like a book-signing, lol. Sirico and Schirripa were signing bottles of wine.
An incredibly huge crowd came to the free event, but Sirico and Schirripa stayed until the last bottle was signed. We had only a few seconds to speak to each of them. My husband mimicked a funny "Paulie Walnuts" line to Sirico, he laughed. I thanked him for his work with the USO providing entertainment for our troops over the years - he seemed to appreciate that.
Sirico and Gandolfini went on many USO tours, visiting our troops overseas, I believe including Iraq and Afghanistan. I think Gandolfini was a lib, but Sirico is pretty conservative, from what I've heard.
The two of them were pretty funny, polite and appeared to be very much like their characters on The Sopranos. I mean that in a funny way, not a mob-like way. ;-)
I agree.
Same here!
Good point, Biggirl! ;-)
Each time dey fix dat ceiling dey are jimmy on the spot with compassion, and dey get overtime union wage to get it done.
Copacetic right?
Can you say SEIU?
Good observation.
The ‘fence’ we have now is exactly like the Maginot Line in France and just as effective.
The enemy just went around it.
You are lucky you can retire....I started working 55 years ago and am still at it....
Senator Shooomer I know you have never seen sand... this is what it looks li....
I swear to God if things were reversed, most folks here would jump the fence.
If their were promise there and tarpaper shacks here, how many would stay and fight?
So, we see Politicians playing the squishy middle from UP ON THE HILL on both sides of the border.
