I hope his rotten @zz gets clobbered with a hefty monetary sum.

I assume his legal fees were paid for by the district, his union made him Teacher of the Year, and the Boy Scouts just hired him for the summer to work some pre-teen camps.

It is expected that the teacher will appeal the decision.
The teacher was suspended for one day without pay but the penalty was eventually rescinded after he filed a grievance.
Where does the student file his grievance? Evidently, not in school since his mother had to go to court.
Union pays his lawyers. taxpayers pay for the lawsuit.
