An all woman jury, probably bad news for Zim. Greater probablility of decisions based on emotion rather than facts. More likely to think that the guy who brought the gun turned a fight into a killing.

Then again, this case presents a scenario where someone is knocked to the ground with the assailant jumping on top, pressing the attack. If women worry about any sort of physical attack, being overpowered and forced to the ground has gotta be one of the most common concerns.

I actually listened to the voi dire. These women aren’t going to be swayed by appeals to emotion. It’s a well-chosen jury.
