I was once asked this question by a lib... “Do you think that human existence on earth today has ANY effect at all on the climate?”
It was a trick question and I knew it. The answer is yes (City scapes, asphalt, heat generated by energy, man-made lakes, etc.). So I answered with another question.... “Do you deny that I am also able to lower global sea levels with a 5-gallon bucket and some physical effort?”
Simply citing the proven laws of physics, my extraction of 5 gallons of water from the ocean certainly does effect average global sea levels. Problem is, it is so infinitesimal, it can’t even be measured. The liberal would scream, “Prove that you lowered the sea levels!” But they won’t accept that same argument when we ask them to prove man’s historical effect on any climate change. It can’t be measured or proven.
exactly- that’s actually a great example with hte pail-
The ‘man-caused’ global warming liars claim our infintesimally small amount of contribution to CO2 to the global atmosphere is causing ‘dramatic changes to the climate’ is liek saying that taking a 5 gallon bucket of water fro mthe ocean every 100 years is ‘drastically depletign hte oceans of trhe world’, and ‘we must act now to stop this wanton depletion by taxing everyone who has a 5 gallon bucket’
Not sure how much woudl have to be taken out to = 0.004% of gthe ocean- however, we nkow that environmental effects eplace what we woudl take out, just as environmental effects regulater what little CO2 we contribute to atrmosphere
The lairs claim it;s like pouring water into a glass, that eventually if you pour enough 0.004% of liquid into that glass, it will eventually overrun the edges (emaning that we supposedly will coem to ap oint where our atmosphere is so chock full of CO2 due to our yealy scant contribution that nothign can survive- however, we nkow nature handles ALL the co2 naturally keepign htings in balance with mild swiongs oen way or the other for periods of time)- the claim that we are ‘ovrloading nature’s ability to handle CO2 is nonsense-
