If only the rich white racists wouldn’t move away,
and stayed and let their families be victimized by violent minorities,
and let the corrupt gov’t officials fleece them in property taxes and income taxes,
then all the minority kids would do better in school.
As I said: Parents, Teachers, and Government. They make or break the system. If one is good, it can often drag the other two along. If all three stink on ice, the whole thing is doomed.

That myth crumbled here in NJ as Gov. Christie spread the word about how much our publics schools cost (including the urban ones); no white people here feel any responsibility for the welfare reservations at all. They may kill each other on the reservations while people that matter pay them no mind, but if they stray into a white neighborhood the libs are the first to phone up the cops.
