HHS is just another pathway to use in depriving you of your gun rights.
Medical info, such as, say, a vet with PTSD, can and will be used to deprive a person of the 2A rights. Mild psychiatric help - like for depression, etc., can and will be used as well.
They’re going to leave no stone unturned in their quest to use every law possible to try to disarm us short of open, outright hostilities.
