What would he know? Did he read it in the paper?

I can prove it’s not transparent and even point to court orders which demonstrate it and then FBI documents explaining how they gather the information and a few FOIA that EFF and EPIC have proving otherwise.
But, that would take a couple of hours and my other post is fairly is extensive.

transparent, perhaps, in the sense that a two-way mirror is transparent.

If it was so transparent, why did it take a whistleblower to make the public aware of it?
I feel so much better knowing that raping my civil liberties is so “transparent”, instead of in secret.

More confirmation of what I've always said about Obama's claims of transparency: his model for transparency is the Romulan cloaking device from Star Trek.

Well, I dont know what more assurance I could need. From an interview with Charlie Rose that airs tonight on PBS: Charlie Rose: Should this be transparent in some way? Barack Obama: It is transparent. When you were running for president, Hussein, you defined transparency as full disclosure and necessary debate on C-Span.
Were you lying then Barak? or are you lying now?
Most of the Congress were unaware of your "transparent" crimes.

I am certain that those who are saying to calm down about the abuse and illegally of the NSA spying makes them feel much better.
To: chessplayer
Good news: Obama says NSA spying is transparent.Bad news: Obama is a pathologic serial liar.

So being a peeping tom is “transparent”? And hidden cameras in the women’s bathrooms and showers are “transparent”?
To: chessplayer
It’s only transparent when you add a window ito it - at this time, Snowden is that window. Right or wrong (and he is treading across that line with further leaks) he did us all a service and ensured maximum attention be paid to the tyranny of our government.
