He exactly represents the majority of New Yorkers. They're nuts, and they want to control every aspect of everyone's life especially us unenlightened peasants who live in fly over country.

Because he is a typical leftist elite liberal who, by ideology, wants to control people’s lives because his view of his own self-importance is so warped that he thinks he knows what is best for everyone else. This guy has a little Napoleon complex and massages his narcissistic ego by finding pleasure in telling others what to do in their personal lives. But he is just one little man. I blame the people of New York who vote him into office, for enabling his boorish behavior.
