I have no doubt whatsoever that Putin has a a very strong personal dislike of Obama. But as to history, there is no surprise that Communist Putin reviles Fascist Obama. Such men as Obama are Putin’s mortal enemies.

I do not for a moment think that Putin regards Obama as an American. Putin gets along with Americans just fine, even when disagreeing with them.
