Hmm, I see that they are supposed to be citizens, but considering that it's deemed racist to ask for ID these days, who knows....

If the POS POTUS can't won't even produce a valid ID, then anything goes.

Puerto Ricans are US citizens—by birth.

The Florida Hwy Dept. also has very strict requirements to show citizenship when getting a license and registering to vote. Passports, birth certificates and naturalization papers are required. You can get a license if you are a legal alien but not the voter registration. At least that was true when I registered here in Orange County, so I trust/assume/hope that applies in other Florida counties.
