The Selective Service registraton card that was "filled out" for "Obama" was almost certainly produced in 2008, not 1980. That's why they had to forge it with just the digits "80" instead of "1980" as is required by regulation. They used an inverted "2008" pica stamp and simply cut off the "20" part of it.

Rep Tom Tancredo born in 1943 and 1945 respectively we felt that Richard Flahavan was possibly covering for Senator Mitch McConnell. In Richard Flahavan’s extract he writes “the U.S. Army ordered him to undergo an Armed Forces Physical Examination which he did July 9, 1967. Apparently, he did not pass because he was released from the U.S. Army Reserve August 15, 1967.” I just love that word apparently!

Flahavan, associate director for public affairs and intergovernmental affairs, who stated, “Also, the enclosed computer inquiry screen indicates that his registration number is 61-1125539-1, as previously provided to you.” The computer printout shows a transaction date of Sept. 4, 1980 (the date Obama’s July 29, 1980 registration was entered into the system) with a last action date of Sept. 4, 1980, signifying nothing else had been received or entered since the original Sept. 4, 1980 registration form.
Richard Flahavan would seem to be the likely ‘cleaner’ for not just Obama but other Washington figures - like Mitch McConnell.
