Some are using the founders to justify the current NSA programs, but Mark Levin, in an excellent monologue, disagrees and sets the record straight on what the founders actually thought about search and seizure as they drafted and argued over the Constitution.

heard him and he was food , maybe a couple of people on here can listen to what is the law and the 4th amendment, instead of saying their state Govt is not spying on them or they have not done anything wrong

Glenn Beck says people are challenging him to prove anyone has been harmed by this and he is correct in answering that we’ve all been harmed by this.
Its extremely destructive to the constitution and what may not cause us pain today may very well cause us pain tomorrow. If government can simply step over the 4th amendment, why not the 2nd?
Will those OK with today’s infringement for the sake of safety by OK with a 2nd amendment infringement for the sake of safety tomorrow?

He has called him out in no uncertain terms. NO ONE has ripped Rubio and the Gang of Eight’s Shamnesty than Mark Levin.

If he hasn’t ripped it enough to suit you, you either haven’t been listening, or you just were unable to grasp it.

Well hell, let’s just put microphones and cameras in every room of every house. What’s the harm? And we’ll probably discover a LOT of stuff.

that’s so disappointing to read from Mark.....I believe he and Limbaugh are clinging to the thought that Rubio can be a presidential nominee and don’t want to say anything bad about him....
and Mark he’s worse than a used car salesman ...he’s lied to your damn face and made a fool out of you .....and you don’t have the guts to call him on it.....coward
Its pretty easy to connect people who may not have a close connection at all.
I live less than a mile from one of the Hutaree militia members arrested in 2009. We’ve been at the post office at the same time and were both filmed on security camera at the PO. Andr then there’s the time he left a number under the wiper of the truck I was selling so I called him. Then there’s the fact that I used the words “Hutaree militia” twice so far that may send up a flag.
When it comes right down to it we aren’t friends, on a first name basis or anything. We just happen to encounter each other on occasion due to our proximity.
So, he’s just a guy who lives in your neighborhood, eh?
Where have we heard that before?!? LOL!
