Lois Lerner, the Internal Revenue Services director of Exempt Organizations currently on paid leave, has not had any of her computer access restricted since she abdicated her responsibilities, according to an IRS source with knowledge of the situation.
Lerner was placed on administrative leave on May 21 after refusing to tender her resignation, and logged into the IRSs computer system using her agency computer as recently as June 4, the source tells me. She has the ability to access the same information that was available to her before she was placed on leave. The sources tells National Review Online:
[Lerner] can still access taxpayer data. If your duties do not include dealing with taxpayers, you are forbidden from seeing the information. That is a violation of IRS policy, and if she actually accesses any file that contains any Personal Identifiable Information, it is a felony violation. That would include emails that she has in her files discussing any taxpayer case that contains the name, address, phone numbers or tax data from a case. Actual Unauthorized Access (IRS uses the term UNAX) would be a really good reason for the new boss to can her in a hurry. I am sure a simple examination of her email files and hard drive would discover she still has taxpayer data.

Put every individual on the same floor as this wench under oath and ask a few questions...someone will flip-out and spill the beans...
Oh c’mon.. Eric Holder can’t destroy all incriminating evidence all by his lonesome self!!!!
So since this happening now and has been in the news:
1)the kenyan knows it
2)Boehner knows
3)Issa knows
4)McConnell knows
So really the only question at this point is: what are they going to do about it?
“Of all tyrannies, a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may
be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons
than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron’s cruelty
may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but
those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for
they do so with the approval of their consciences.”
— C.S Lewis
I think the question has become—what are we going to do about it.
We here in Atlanta had an awesome traffic reporter, Keith Kalland, that summed up just WTF we’re dealing with here today . . . his comment was “stick a fork in it Atlanta, it’s done”.
I think he was right!
This woman ought to be cooling her heels in a cell someplace. Why is she not not?
Would you like to know the salaries and cash bonuses for all federal employees for 2012? Go here and click on federal employees. Type in their name and/or agency and away you go. BTW this is absolutely legal because we pay their salaries and have every right to know. This newspaper got access by filing freedom of information act request.

Notice mostly the high paid managers are the ones getting the bonuses.
Enjoy yourself!
How else would she be able to delete Evidence?
Lois and people like her believe the computer and the information belong to her and not the taxpayers.
I know people that work for the US Treasury that spend the entire day on sports forums. They use government time and property like it’s their own personal property.
Anyone check her socks for documents? That happens ya know.............
Sounds like quite a few of a SC state agency dealing in public broadcasting that I was affiliated with a few years back.
she belongs to the Bernie maddoff club. she’s immune. and she knows it.
Delete, delete, delete ....... Oh, it was done by a former employee before she left .... so sorry.
That’s probably because they still have her working on squashing the Tea Party, Christians, the 9/12 people and etc.

- What the FEDS call “bonuses” are what private businesses call “commissions” -
The more the IRS demands and collects from taxpayers - the higher their commissions -
- Of course the IRS claims they cannot produce records and documentation on the alleged “expenses” they spent on Vegas partying -
- No problemo -
Party on Obama - at $3M for 3 days golfing with Tiger Woods.....
Turns out the IRS has a slush fund for partying/conferences - source being money the IRS did not spend on training, etc.
- Otherwise - demand way too much for the IRS budget -
Party in Hawaii, Vegas, California - at $3500.00 a night for a hotel room
When you fill out your 1040 - remember that - - at $3500.00 a night for a hotel room -
Just write that off as a valid expense deduction for a business trip -
Ten days for $35,000.00
Yeah - they won’t audit you for that.....
