Not sure we need any such thing, but if we do then it should at least have been openly discussed and explained so American people would have “bought into” or agreed to be monitored like this. Just sayin...

B. When I 1st read this story two words came too mind, Yes?....And? This came as no surprise to anyone who pays attention to this sort of thing.
