An interesting demonstration of the power of Metadata. Suffice it to say, that the collection of this information allows our government to figure out just about everything there is to know about all of us.

Cameras also produce metadata. When I want to copy write photos I insert it into the metadata.

Somebody may choose to be in Facebook under an alias. Metadata will still reveal his identity.
Your connections define you. Who but you, for example, would have connections to your old college and also to your current employer? Or to people in your neighborhood and your current employer? And if somebody wants to harass you, your connections provide a chart of who to hit in order to cause you harm or distress.

involves moving one hand down and the other one across in a manner not wholly removed from an incantation. That is the best description of matrix multiplication I've ever seen.
I shall be including it in my next lecture on the subject.

How many people are aware that many municipal police cars are equipped with video cameras to constantly record the license plates of every car they see on the road (both front and rear views from the police car)?
That data is stored and later can be used to reconstruct the previous whereabouts of a licensed vehicle.

Strange? I have heard almost nothing out of the GOP, the drunk Boehner in particular, about this. Don't they realize that 0bama and his gang are using this to listen in on every conversation concerning campaign strategies? If you say, "oh they would never do that" consider how they are using the IRS to persecute Christians and conservatives.
Maybe the GOP can't drag themselves off the golf course or away from the cocktail parties.
