>>Just how is modifying Gods creation considered pro-life?<<
Keeping people from starving by feeding them is quite pro-life. The genetic modifications make the crops easier (and thus cheaper) to grow.
You dont trust God enough?<<
So we should not breed strains of crops, animals, etc? Just let ‘em grow the way God intended? That was also genetic tampering, just slower.
God gave me some genetic issues that I need to take Rx for — I should just go away and die rather than use what God provided through my fellow man?
>>Just because some smelly hippy faggots oppose GMOs, doesnt mean others who oppose it are stupid.<<
I didn’t say people who oppose GMOs are stupid because they are in league with smelly hippies. There are many other reasons opposition to GMOs is stupid. First and foremost are the millions of unnecessary dead people who could have lived.
"You like 'em, you save 'em..." (from a movie)
I simply don't want genetic neurotoxins in my food (allele variants implanted on selected chromosomes), and I don't want them contaminating crops other people are growing.
Genetic disorders and other neurological diseases are a serious issue to me... you can try your stuff out in Zimbabwe for all I care, I'm sure Mugabe would be happy to help white farmers teach Eric Holder's people how to farm...
