I just got over pink eye. I guess the Surprise PD could have arrested me too. Not only should the city be sued but the officers and their supervisors should be held PERSONALLY responsible.
It's good enough for doctors, lawyers, nurses, pharmacists, etc., but evidently not good enough for cops.
I have eye allergies that I use prescription eye drops for every single day. Sometimes it only works a little and my eyes are a mess, red, irritated, bloodshot, and the lids are red and swollen.
I’d go to jail forever.
