Islamist Michael Adebolajo butchered a British soldier in Woolwich in May.
After the murder, a group of British Muslims drove by the memorial set up on the sidewalk in Woolwich and laughed at the beheading of Lee Rigby, the soldier who was knifed to death.
Then they posted it online.

Its a yes and no on that issue. On the UK mainland, handguns are so restricted as to be almost banned. Only a small amount of handguns are allowed. Concealed carry is allowed very rarely and only with a permit. There are 566 handgun licences in Scotland. I read recently that there are 15000 handguns owned in the UK, and 80% of those are in NI. Dont know if either figure is actually true.
In NI, and in the various islands like the Isle of Man, they are allowed and owned in large numbers. In fact NI has concealed carry.
