Congress should demand to see the records of what the government has been searching for in that data. If it turns out to be 10% terrorist related work, and 90% political enemy work, then heads need to roll.

I'm sure they're on the hunt for domestic terrorists. Searching for keywords like "tea party", "palin", "conservative", "liberty", etc.
