Agree. Once visited a location i was told I would be giving an all employee ( hundreds of attendees) presentation that I was not aware of.
Someone asked if it should be cancelled, and I responded no give me 5 minutes,
I’ll have 5 key points regarding what it is that’s important to them, and we will
go from there.
We talked together for 45 minutes...
