Yesterday was the 69th anniversary of the D-Day invasion and President Obama failed to say anything about it. There is no released statement on WhiteHouse.gov and nothing on the White House or Barack Obama twitter feeds about the anniversary. President Obama did not make any public remarks about the anniversary yesterday, either.
I’m sure they didn’t teach it at his Indonesian madrassa.
Meanwhile it was gay Day at Fenway Park.
WWII was not about HIM!!
He prefers to save his commendations for homosexual NBA basketball players who come out of the closet. The courage sacrifice and fortitude displayed by any combat veterans probably discombabulates him all to hell.
He would apologize his way onto the beach and offer surrender terms.
I'd be right beside the Wehrmacht on that one.
Of course the Marxist POS has to promote Gay Pride Month.
Petty little POTUS
This is because Obama is an anti-colonialist. He hates everything the USA stands for because according to him WE are the problem in the world.
Same here except looked for The Longest Day or any other of the WW II movies generally out there on June 6th....NADA one.
Guess they take their cue from the clueless.
He’ll more likely commemorate the Bombing of Dresden and apologize for it.
Yes they do. I finally said the heck with it and started reading Stephen Ambrose’s book D-Day.
We are the guys who created all the inventions for modern man.
Even the medicines in Africa, all the aid to Africa. All the second hand invetions and old patents that found their way into the muslim world.
Sure he s bitter, we are the achievers.
And that POS sits in the White House...promoting Islam???
In regards to the communists who control most of our government:my words will get me in trouble and are of no use anyway;I am more dignified than that. The war is on:Islam and liberalism versus patriots who have the blood of our founding.
Been watching Band of Brothers all week long in commemoration. Screw the networks... I have mega shows and movies on DvD and mp4 hard drive that honor the brave soldiers of D-Day and other important memorials. Mostly, I remember my dad, my father-in-law, and my too-many-to-name uncles that fought bravely during WWII. I did watch WWII in HD on the History Channel. Amazing color footage.
Rush has picked up Obama’s slack, and has done a really good job commemorating D-Day on his show the last two days. Rush presented a very moving tribute, also recounting his and Kathryn’s visit to Omaha Beach last week.
His LCP/LCM wouldn’t make it.
Agreed. He’s too arrogant and indignant to pay homage to real patriots.
If you go to rushlimbaugh.com, he has a link to Reagan’s speech. It will bring tears to your eyes.
