President Barack Obama will tell Americans they are getting a good deal out of healthcare reform during a trip to California on Friday, where an argument is raging over whether it is living up to its name as the Affordable Care Act.
Support for the reform in California, the nation's most populous state, is seen as crucial to the success of Obama's signature domestic policy when millions of uninsured Americans are able to choose health plans beginning on Oct. 1.

Someone polished Obama enough to get him elected - twice. I'm impressed with that accomplishment. Fortunately, they're seeing with ObamaCare just how hard it is to accomplish that miracle. Explaining to people who don't want to buy health insurance (or ObamaCare would not have had to make the purchase mandatory) why they have to pay more than health insurance is worth to them (or ObamaCare would not have counted on the young, healthy generation to pay for care for older and more expensive patients) is going to be a challenge, even for Obama.
I wish that were the case.
