No doubt about that. There was a post here a couple years ago about how to deal with those tactics (of the left). You can use them right back at them.

yes its a tactic meant to silence us...
fortunately there were too many there who knew that it was a phony ploy to deny us our “freedom of speech”
Thats why we shouted like Braveheart “FFREEDOM, FREEDOM, FREEDOM” before we went inside...
Its our civil rights that are being suppressed not the Moslems...
One guy sitting in front of me turned around ignored the big men sitting around me and told me to “Shut up” when we were objecting to a lie being said by the first Moslem guy to speak
I was POed at the fool and I shouted at him said “SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP yourself How do you like that? How do you like to be told to “Shut up”? I am an American veteran and I wont “shut up” My country is in danger. I have a Constitutional right to speak and so do you.” I never heard another word from him but he never joined the regular Americans when we shouted back at the lies.
You need to know we were not a “rabble” there was not shouting etc all the time. Just when a lie was uttered which was about half the time (they were working up to one the other half)
There were no threats or displays of violence Nobody charged the front where the speakers were.
