Even Rep. Cummings was verbally spanking him for the extravagant spending on dance and videos and Star-trek parodies, etc.
[This might make enough Dems mad that they actually join with the GOP in cleaning up such actions by such agencies. Nah, probably not. They all, both parties, can feign indignation when necessary.]
