Incompetento and her legions aren't qualified or contented to just 'feel' guy's 'junk' at airports. We can only attempt to comprehend their excitement at monitoring all those 'dirty dongs'. What a way to get their jollies off while ripping taxpayers off while doing it. Yes, this is 'unbelievable', but it's in Obama's America and strictly conforms to his vision of hope and change.

Liberals can’t find even one program they would cut. I literally found a trillion dollars per year that I would cut with no pain. Stimulus for foreign genitals is one of many wasteful programs we can do without.

The great underlying question I have is “Why do we care if africans die of aids (or whatever)?” What possible state interest is served by this? I can’t come up with one.
If people are concerned about sticky african privates they can use their own charitable contributions to address the issue.
If these africans are a threat to us, we should respond promptly (Kill them all). If they are not a threat to us they can safely be ignored.
(BTW, lest someone think I’m racist, I feel exactly the same for almost every group of foreigners: mexicans and other latinos, eastern europeans, arabs etc. If they are a threa, kill them, else ignore them.)
