Why doesn’t she require Congressional approval? Seems when W was trying to put John Bolton in that position, the Dem lead Congress blocked his nomination and he was finally put in during a recess. Someone please explain.
She requires Senate approval. Doubt she’s worth filibustering, but could have some problems. Certainly will be embarrassing.
