Christie is way too RINO for me. For now, it's almost any one but Christie, like Romney and Ron Paul, they were tied for least preferred by me. Ted Cruz and Mike Lee look good, so do a bunch of governors, but 2016 is far away.

He’d be a genius if he picked a Republican for the seat and then ran a campaign to HOLD the seat, which actually wouldn’t take a genius in the year of Democrat scandals.

Chris Christie oozes authenticity, much as McCain did not in 2008 (but did eight years earlier).

What dreck. This writer is a complete and utter fool. The only stuff McQueeg ever oozed cannot be mentioned here, lest I get the zot. McQueeg came out of the womb as a reptile, and has only gone downhill since.

In 2012, the New Jersey electorate was 44 percent Democrat, 30 percent Independent, and 26 percent Republican. I am not too sure about the electorate in New Jersey but there is a whole lot of supposing going on here. I am one of those Independents (not from New Jersey) but it will be a cold day in Hades before I would EVER vote for EL TUBO LARDO..

I don't think he has any interest in running for the White House in 2016. A sitting governor of a highly dysfunctional, liberal Northeast state like New Jersey is not going to have a very good track record behind him three years into his second term in office.

One of the things that makes Christie so "authentic" is that he is authentic -- but that only works in New Jersey and is not likely to give him much traction anywhere west of the Delaware River.

Personally, I think he's going to be angling for a spot in a post-2016 Republican administration -- as the U.S. Attorney General.

Christie is a piece of S#IT, I wouldn’t trust him as far as I could throw him and I only weigh 173 pounds.

LOL, leave it to a rat operative like Sean Trende to try to make the GOPe’s case for Pork Porkie.

Porkie’s gun grabbing alone kills any slim ((heh!) chance he may have once had for national relevance before he was exposed as just another Northeast liberal. Add to that his relationship with his BFF, the African communist Ubama, his constant criticism of responsible Republicans for not rubber stamping the pork-laden hurricane relief slush fund, his homo hugging, and his footsie-playing with Islamic terrorists, and you have somebody whose name shouldn’t even be mentioned in the same breath as “conservative”.

Fasten your seatbelts everybody - - here comes the GOPe and their next losing ticket: Jeb Bush / Pork Porkie 2016.

Bull$h**

Chris Christie is no conservative. He is simply a man on the make. A political operative totally devoid of any core principles and dedicated to only one purpose - promoting his own power and advancement.

For the closest political analogy one would have to look to a member of a Roman Triumvirate - which his physical appearance in no way dispells.

Hmmm.. Is Mr. Christie trying to edge his way ahead of Jeb Bush to be the one whose turn it is to be the Republican nominee? I think Jeb has that all sewn up. Jeb would probably have to get immersed in a really grotesque scandal to lose his place at the head of the Republican line.
