I have empathy for the little girl and her family. I am just not comfortable with a judge or the HHS officials making medical decisions. Nonetheless, this case is making all of us aware of exactly what one of the consequences of Obamacare is: healthcare by federal bureaucrat.

In the near future patients, before undergoing any medical procedures, will need to get clearance from their IRS Medical Agent that their income taxes are up to date.
