I think the question should have been was Dorner a psychotic dangerous maniac who should have never passed muster with the LAPD psych testing, and if they DID know that, shouldn’t he have been taken out of circulation before he went on his spree?
Another question that should have been asked: Did Dormer get as far as he did in the department because of Affirmative Action?
