Not unless the GOP can pick up enough seats to take control of the Senate. A couple of high profile perp walks and another impeachment or two of lower levels might just create enough of a backlash in 2014 to make that happen.
Then go after those right around Obama - Hillery, Biden, etc. Make them tainted goods for 2016. You can then open up the full impeachment of Obama in 2015.
