Well, why do men get to go shirtless and we women have to cover up?
It’s not like I want to anyway, but guys, it not erotic for us to look your boobs, especially when they outsize ours....most of the time it’s just gross.
So, every one cover up, how about that!
Because we have no wish to go around slipping in the drool that our going topless would produce?
Actually it is because women's breast are considered a secondary sexual characteristic where a man's chest is just a chest.
And I will agree that most of us should cover up.

Culturally, and speaking on behalf of the male portion of the human species, women are more beautiful than men. Men are sexually aroused by visual stimulation of said beautiful women. Women are less aroused by visual stimulation and more aroused by emotional, social and mental stimulation. Women often do not appreciate the unwanted ogling of strange men while scantily and/or sensually dressed (this confuses men btw).
Society has evolved culturally to accommodate the unwanted spontaneity of sexual arousal and attention by hiding the breasts of women by law. This seems to have, to some degree, improved the situation for both sexes.
If you would like to suggest that men stop being aroused by bare chested women and/or pretend they don’t notice, you should also suggest that women not be so emotional and be more logical.
The sexes may be created equal but they are certainly different.
Good idea. I just ordered my first set of man pasties from Amazon.com. They have little propellers on them which should help keep me cool if I move fast enough.
I'll wear them when mowing on hot days this summer.
